Laboratory LLP «ITC «Spektr» operates impartially and has a structured management system that ensures adherence to the principles of impartiality.

A Policy of Impartiality has been developed and approved at the Laboratory, which all employees follow in their activities.

The Laboratory has a standing Committee on Impartiality that operates in accordance with the «Committee Regulations.» PCB-01.1-2023.

The Laboratory Management commits to ensuring impartiality in carrying out research (testing) and measurement of products within its scope of accreditation.

In confirmation of top management's commitment LLP «ITC «Spektr» The Declaration of Independence of the Testing Laboratory has been adopted and approved based on the principles of independence and impartiality in carrying out its activities. Laboratory employees performing work within the scope of accreditation have been familiarized with the aforementioned declaration and have signed it.

The laboratory is responsible for the impartiality of its operations and does not allow commercial, financial, or other pressure that could compromise impartiality.

Laboratory LLP «ITC «Spectrum"»does not participate in activities that could compromise its impartiality.

The laboratory identifies risks to impartiality at all stages of its operations.

If a risk to impartiality is identified, the Laboratory shall take measures to eliminate or minimize it.
