The operational and technological map for assembly and welding is one of the main technological documents. It contains key information about the product to be welded: from the initial parameters of the product (plate, pipe, properties and requirements for the workpiece, geometric parameters) to details about the equipment, welding materials, welding process parameters, and the sequence of operations necessary for high-quality work.
The quality of the end product, specifically the weld seam, as well as the productivity of the welding section using this document, directly depend on the quality of the development of such a map.
A high-quality technological process chart leaves no room for unjustified freedom for the welder or operator to change the welding parameters – it must be unambiguous, justified, and verified. If, during the process, it becomes necessary to go beyond the parameter ranges specified in the technological process chart, such a chart cannot be considered applicable without revision.
The technological maps developed by ITSC Spectrum LLP comply with the requirements of not only Russian standards but also standards from the ISO, EN, ASME, and AWS series. Furthermore, upon customer request, special technological maps and procedures can be developed, including those in accordance with DNV standards.
With over 30 years of experience, our employees have accumulated extensive expertise in both domestic and international welding and construction, as evidenced by numerous successfully completed projects. We are ready to share it with you!
Our employees have higher technical education, National Agency for Control and Welding (NAKS) Level IV welding specialist certificates, International Welding Engineer diplomas, Russian Maritime Register of Shipping (RMRS) certificates, and are proficient in foreign languages.
