LLC NIITS STNK «Spektr» It establishes the procedure for accepting and reviewing complaints and appeals to protect the interests of its clients. The regulation of legal relations serves as a guarantee of the legality of decisions made. Recognizing the possibility of error, we adhere to the principle of acting in the best interests of our clients.

A complaint or appeal is a form of written request to the relevant body in case the applicant believes that their rights have been violated by the actions of officials or the regulatory acts of the Certification Authority.

In the Testing Laboratory, a procedure for Complaints and Appeals has been developed and implemented.

In case of disputes, you can file a complaint with the Testing Laboratory.

How do I file a complaint?

Your complaint will be registered on the day of receipt and reviewed within ten business days.
