LLP «ITC «Spektr» specializes in development and testing in the field of welding, non-destructive testing of pipelines, tanks, and other infrastructure facilities in the fuel and energy and oil and gas industries.
The «Spektr» Engineering, Technical, and Certification Center develops welding and quality control technologies for infrastructure and industrial facilities, non-destructive testing technologies for welded joints, and normative and technological documentation in the field of welding and non-destructive testing. The company's competencies include conducting calculations and tests of welded structures, testing new welding materials and equipment, retraining personnel in various welding methods, and consulting in the field of welding and non-destructive testing.
The Center has a testing and research laboratory equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and accredited by the federal Rosaccreditation service. The laboratory conducts all types of mechanical testing for welded joints, pipes, and metal structures, metallographic studies, and a range of special tests using unique equipment.
WE ARE DOING
Welder Certification and welding procedure qualifications are carried out by an EU-notified body, taking into account the requirements of European directives PED 2014/68/EU and AD 2000 HP3.
Certification of welders and qualification of welding procedures in accordance with requirements is possible with the involvement of an authorized inspector. ASME (ASME IX, ASME B31.1 and etc.).
The Non-Destructive Testing Laboratory, the Testing Laboratory, and the Personnel of the Engineering, Technical, and Certification Center «Spektr» are accredited to perform non-destructive testing and mechanical testing for certification according to international standards.
The Engineering and Certification Center «Spectr» has its own examination center equipped with welding booths, welding and auxiliary equipment, and materials for all welding methods, enabling it to conduct certification work both at its production site in Moscow and at the Customer's production facility.
